Do at least one 3-hour festival shift from start to finish
Attend the 1-hour volunteer training either in person or virtually/online .

When/
Thursday-Friday before the festival– Festival setup from 3-6pm
Saturday of the festival – Bellingham SeaFeast, shifts range from 7am to 5:30pm
Sunday of the festival – Bellingham SeaFeast, shifts range from 8am to 6pm
