No two extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) are identical! Taste a variety of oils, including a new 2024 variety direct from Spain. Many factors affect the taste and quality of an oil, such as shipment, production, and more. David will also prepare for class a ribollita–Italian bread soup–full of superior EVOO.
