Join Tam Nguyen of Tam Tam Pizza (Bellingham Dockside's newest food vendor) for our April Kiss Cooking Demo presented by BECU on Saturday, April 20 at 12pm. Tam will show us how to cook up a delicious pizza featuring Pacific Rockfish and roasted shallots, topped with Banga Càuda (a warm anchovy garlic sauce), salsa verde and citrus.
Demo will take place at 12pm in Fisherman's Pavilion during Bellingham Dockside Market so there will be lots of delicious seafood to choose from. Bellingham Dockside Market is open 10am-2pm.
