This month we have two special KISS cooking demos presented by BECU at Gate 5 during Bellingham Dockside Market from 11am-1pm on Saturday, June 15.

We’ll kick off the day at 11am with a Seacuterie demo by Jen Albright of Rusted Element Designs. Jen will be showing us how to put together a delicious seacuterie board featuring shrimp, smoked salmon and more—all from our Bellingham Dockside vendors.

Next up at 12pm is a grilled oyster demo with Drayton Harbor Oysters. They'll be showing us some grilling techniques and inspiration for topping your half shells.
