This free community program explore themes from the 2025 Whatcom READS featured book, No Two Persons by Erica Bauermeister, where water is present throughout the story in a variety of ways. Whatcom READs and Bellingham SeaFeast have teamed up for a program that celebrates our connection to the water. Join us on Thursday, March 6, 2-3:30pm at Lynden Library. Each attendee of the workshops will be given a small buoy to decorate. As we work on our designs, we'll engage in a fluid discussion of the book. The buoys will then be collected and incorporated in a large art installation that will be displayed at the 2025 SeaFeast celebration! A big thank you to our friends at LFS Marine & Outdoor for donating the repurposed cork buoys.
